A mission every night - One of the two Lancasters that are still airworthy out of the 7377 that were built. She was built in 1945 and used for Photographic Reconnaissance duties with 82 Squadron in East and South Africa. She later appeared in two movies ‘Operation Crossbow’ and ‘The Guns of Navarone’. Now she is the centrepiece of The Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight and along with two Spitfires she appeared at Margate's Big Event.
