BBC South East said that there would be rain across all of Kent today starting at about nine this morning and continuing throughout the day. It was pretty much correct in Ramsgate, it started about ten and instead of being continuos it was more a case of heavy showers and a bit of sunshine in between. I spoke to my client on the telephone this afternoon and she told me that Folkestone had one light shower, but for the rest of the day there was blue sky and sunshine.
